Got a door immediately but it took them over 4 hours to load the trailer. I Arrived at 1:32 and left 5:30+. I would give 0 stars if it was an option. The loader had to wait after every pallet because they started wrapping, putting the load together and loading the trailer all at the same time

Maybe for everyone is different but my experience was nice fast unloading and the facility has a lot parking space sometimes depends the day and people

Make sure you come here with pilow and enough food this place it’s truck stop you can get your 10hrs sleep ez

Let me tell you my story. My appointment was at 3:30 PM. I arrived at 10:00 AM and asked if they could load me earlier because I had a long way to drive. They started loading me at 3:00 PM and finished in 10 minutes. During that time, they were asleep or not even there — I was the only one there to get loaded. I understand that I came earlier and they weren’t obligated to load me, but there’s something called just BEING HUMAN.

Never coming here again...they gave ma a door @ 7am it's now 3:30pm still waiting to be loaded despite being on time...asked several times... nobody cares
