Excellent service. Got my tile delivered from their Distribution Center in five days as promised. A couple pieces showed up with chipped corners so their loader gave me a few extra tiles that they happen to have on hand to make sure that we had enough. Super friendly staff, even in the warehouse.

Love these guys. So friendly, helpful and informed. Great selection which is constantly updated. The only down side is that you can't actually buy here, but you can get samples that are not always available in stores.

I have been in here for three different projects and the materials are good and the prices (contractors pricing, I don't know if they sell to the public) are fair...that is why they have two starts instead of zero. The customer service is the. absolute. worst. every. single. time. They are annoyed to have any customers other than their regular contractors that walk in and they shoot the bull with. I would honestly rather have fewer options and go somewhere where people are nice.
