Dave and team did an amazing job fixing our drainage problem! They were punctual, friendly, and very reasonable. I’ll be calling them back for any plumbing-related issues in the future.

This company had to clean up a mess left by another plumbing company--put the water heater back together, verify that everything was working well (it was never broken) and reset the breaker. Dave spent a lot of time making sure nothing was broken or ever had been and came back twice to check. I can't praise his ethics or work enough. I'll definitely be calling Encore for any future work needed.

I found David online, and even though he was completely booked, he still took the time to guide my tenant over the phone, help identify the issue, and advise me to get someone out right away. That kind of honesty and professionalism is rare. The next morning, David reached out to say he had an opening — and just like that, he was on his way. He showed up, handled everything efficiently, and saved the day. I can’t express how grateful I am for his kindness, integrity, and quick action. If you ever need a trustworthy, knowledgeable plumber who truly cares about helping people, David is the one to call.

Amazing company!! They found, in a very short time, what "the other guys" couldn't figure out. Dave went above and beyond, even contacting the utility company to discuss issues. I can't remember his coworker's name, but he was super knowledgeable and located the issue. Both were on their hands a knees in the yard, looking for the leak, before even coming to the front door!!! Dave came out the same day i called to repair my sink. I could not be happier with the service he provided. Truly an honest, professional and fair plumber that I highly recommend.
