Endearing Pets

If I could leave negative stars I would. Imagine, trusting a company with your pets deceased body to ensure the cremation process is taken care of properly but you receive your pets remains in the most heartbreaking condition. Yesterday my sister and I spent over an hour attempting to recover what we could of our Clyde. There were ashes in the bubble wrap, the paper bag, the USPS box, all over the paperwork and leaking out of the cracks of the USPS box, which was in almost perfect condition. I was hoping to have an explanation and a resolution to present to my dad before I had to tell him about this disaster but because Endearing Pets Inc. doesn’t answer phones, return calls or reply to messages, I unfortunately had to explain this to him before it was resolved so he didn’t find out from

They were very caring and provided a great service in taking care of our pets as they left us. Loved the paw print certificate. Only wish we had one for our pup that passed 4 years ago as well. Love that caring touch! Thank you for being there for us when our hearts were aching.

We used their services via a local Bloomington funeral home and the process and return of our pup was done with ease and care. We received a clay paw print and ink print which was a great touch to help remember our pup.

They are very compassionate and caring. Just because it's an animal doesn't make a difference to them. They still know your pain.
