I almost left a bad review because I thought I was going to get charged for gallons of oil that I did not receive. However, I am so so glad that I found this company as I was able to order oil very early last Sunday morning and got delivery within a few hours. You all are the best! Keep up the good work and I will surely recommend your services!

Thanks you Energo. You're the BEST. Our boiler broke down on Friday 1/2/26 around 2p.m., on one of the coldest days of the season. During that time many businesses in NYC close early to begin preparation for the sabbath. A lot of businesses closed early to enjoy the last of the holiday, and some were closed for the week in observance of the Christmas/New Year. So I was happy to reach someone in the office. When I reached out in a panic to Energo, I was assured that although they had been receiving plenty of calls for service and there were plenty of customers ahead of me, not to worry, that I was n good hands and someone would be to me before nights end to take care of the situation. BART, my service mechanic was awesome !! very knowledgeable, clean and polite! He Found the situation with my issue and corrected it immediately. As a new Energo customer, I was nervous about leaving my old oil company, but Energo has been fantastic. Their customer service, communication, and emergency response time are excellent, and they take the time to explain everything clearly. I feel completely comfortable and confident with them. Very disappointing experience. Employees were inconsiderately blocking the entire sidewalk, making it difficult and unsafe for pedestrians to pass. Especially when you have a stroller. When this was politely pointed out, the response was rude and dismissive, with an unnecessary attitude rather than any attempt to fix the issue. Employee behavior is often a reflection of a company’s values, and this interaction did not leave a positive impression. Basic courtesy and respect for the public should be expected.
