Inquired about an estimate for spray foam in a pole barn, and after talking on the phone we agreed to do a walk through on the building. The day came and no one showed up. Not even a phone call to let me know they would be late or to reschedule, zero communication and a waste of my time.

Doug Frey and his crew came in and dialed out my addition with a little closed cell foam/blown in insulation combo on the exterior walls and Batt insulation on floor/cap/interior wall and did an awesome job. The benefits of their spray in foam is incredible from the sound deadening to keeping the heat in and the cold out. The place was cleaned up like they had never been there. The guys were very respectful and professional from start to finish.

We were in search for an insulation company and were referred to ECI. Good price. Nice people. Poor service. Needed installers to return to finish missed areas during initial install. Pretty much ignored by project manager. Finally had to talk with management to get resolution. Give the manager two thumbs up. He had installers there within a couple of days. I'm happy with the completed project.
