BEWARE! I've always loved their business until we had to replace an on-demand water heater. I called them when it was spraying water and they put us on the next day as the technicians would be in sville. I did not ask for emergency help. The repair was a direct swap with the same unit..it took 2 guys less than 3 hrs...we were told what it could cost (2800) but it being a direct replacement would be labor only (unit was replaced under warranty). The work was done and the bill was 2300! I asked for an itemized statement and was informed that they don't do billing that way. They bill "lump sum" only. The owner informed me that we weren't offered a contract to sign because it was a rush fix. He justified the amt we were charged as the cost of doing business; to pay for fuel, wear and

Horrible, and rude, and when asked a question of cost they hang up. Lucky there is other ones around. Call other before this place.

Used them once before, and service was great. Called them Labor day weekend because theA/C went out in our Air bandb and our guest were miserable. Called their emergency number, couldn't get an answer. To be fair, when I finally did speak to someone, they informed me everyone was out with Covid. Today is the Day after Labor day, and I have yet to get a return on my phone call. We'll see what happens from this point forward.

After reading reviews I see 8 years ago good, but lately terrible. I agree. Twice now I've been told " do to emergency we have to reschedule", bull. I was told a customer had to wait all weekend in cold. If that's true I'd feel bad , but I don't believe them. I have a Monday morning appointment and they call me 15 minutes into my scheduled time. They should have called me the minute they knew they had an "EMERGENCY". So much for shopping locally.

They were efficient. I wasn’t over sold. The system is working great. This was a full central heat install. Service was great and the price was right. There wasn’t a lot of communication through the process (it was all done while we were out of the area) but we showed up to a new system and a warm cabin. Thanks again.
