My experience with energy solution was frustrating and expensive. After diagnosing a problem with my heater, the technician insisted I needed to replace the entire. After getting a second opinion from another company, I was informed that the actual issue was a minor fault and was easily resolved for a fraction of the cost. The initial diagnosis was clearly incorrect and would have led to an unnecessary and costly repair. This lack of integrity and expertise is unacceptable.

The team was responsive, professional, and polite. Technician arrived at scheduled time to troubleshoot and was able to resolve the AC issue same day. Tech was very knowledgeable, thorough, and clean throughout the whole appointment. They go that extra mile to first try to fix your existing system/setup and really strive to provide cost-efficient services with A+ results. We plan to use them for other projects this summer. Highly recommend for all HVAC issues! You’ll be happy you called them.

Carrier brand heat exchanger was replaced. I was told by John Musser that the cost for the replacement ($1,700) is covered by the manufacturer but the reimbursement should be processed through his business. He promised the reimbursement within 30~60 days. It's been 3 months. He does not respond to multiple messages. Currently in the middle of legal action. Watch out customers!

Energy Solutions rescued me with a no heat call the same day I contacted them. The communications were great with constant texts letting me know of the arrival time and then a personal call to explain the situation and how to resolve it. Great job!
