Jim evaluated my home and recommend insulation and energy-efficiency improvements. I had done a fair amount of research ahead of time, and Jim took the time to walk me through the pros and cons of different solutions I'd read about and helped me prioritize where to start. I ultimately decided to seal the rim joists using closed-cell foam, and it was immediately a massive improvement to the comfort of my home. Jim and his team we're easy to work with, clean, and completed the job ahead of schedule. Jim also handled the utility rebate and I received the discount ahead of time, which was a nice bonus.

Attic insulation. I can deep dive and learn how to DIY things around the house but I figured attic insulators have faster tools than me so it'd be worth it to pay for it. I have lived here for 11 years and the upstairs bedrooms were reliant on additional electric heat in the winter and non-stop air conditioning the minute it got above 75 degrees outside.
