Enfield Fencing Club

My daughter started the First Blades class at the beginning of the year. She loves going and feels encouraged by the coaches. The coaches continue to train and recently implemented changes to their programs to better support all fencers. I'm looking forward to watching my fencer grow and highly recommend Enfield Fencing Club to anyone interested in testing out the sport!

I had such a great time at the Enfield Fencing Club! The experience was not only a lot of fun, but the coaches truly stood out — they are incredibly dedicated, talented, and passionate about what they do. They made learning both challenging and enjoyable, no matter your skill level. I can’t recommend this club enough to anyone who’s interested in trying fencing, whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to sharpen your skills. They also offer fantastic classes for kids, making it a great option for the whole family.

This club is fantastic for first time fencers, especially children. The instructors know exactly how to engage children in a way they will understand. They emphasize real time feedback during practice matches, which makes it so easy to learn fencing skills quickly. My 7 year old daughter absolutely loves fencing as a result!

Fantastic club and coaches for all levels of fencing! If you’re looking to try the sport or coming back to it after a long break (like I was), this is the best place for that. It’s a welcoming environment where you can learn and practice useful drills, and get some real bouting experience with their low-key in-house tournaments. Many of us gained enough skill and confidence to compete in tournaments outside the club within months!

This place has the most amazing coaches. Their positive attitude is very inspiring and motivating. They all have in-depth knowledge of fencing and they pay attention to their students strengths and weaknesses. The club has great hours also. Definitely a huge asset to Enfield.
