The owner, Buck Ford, and the office manager Nicole, explained everything in detail and kept me updated on the scheduling process. Their technician Geoff, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and took extra time to explain the ins and outs of my new unit. Buck and his team did a great job replacing and updating our heating and air conditioning system. He gave us options and came out to measure and plan before the installation making the transition seamless. We can really tell a difference in our air quality and are anxious to see how much our utility bill is reduced! Buck also replaced our unit at our rental property. We'd never us any one else, and highly endorse his professionalism and excellence!

Buck and Donna run a great company. They don't just jump to the conclusion that you need a new unit. They take there time to properly diagnose problems. They fixed a unit that 2 other companies told me was no longer going to work and needed to be replaced.
