Had a great experience with Chris at England Plumbing today. I wasn’t sure what parts I needed for an older toilet, and he took the time to explain everything and point me in the right direction. The parts were exactly what I needed and everything worked perfectly. So glad to have local businesses with awesome people like Chris — thanks, man!

There’s a reason these guys have as many 5 star reviews as they do. They’ve earned it. I end up here at least once a month when I have something weird come up, or can’t find a part. I’ve come in a few times looking for a specialized cartridge or part I can’t find. On more than one occasion, they’ve stopped me from replacing an entire unit and showed me how to repair the one I have. Costing them an easy sale, but gaining a lifetime customer. I’ve tried to get repair parts from one of the more “standard” plumbing supply stores, where the fixture was originally purchased from. You’d figure they’d have the parts, right? Usually not. This Plumbing Store and the people who work here are simply the best in Salt Lake City! These guys are always ready to help, even if the faucet you need is not in stock. They go the extra mile to help you find it in other stores and guide you through every step. They helped me find a faucet I had been searching for days in different shops, and no one else even came close to putting in the effort they did to locate it in the catalog and find where it was available in the city. I’m very grateful for their professionalism and outstanding customer service!

Third place I visited to find a valve to drain the gray water for my camper van. Not only did they find it, they also replaced it for me since I'm not very good at DIY. This involved lying on the ground in the parking lot. And done cheerfully. Very much appreciated!
