Broken storm drain cover for more than two months. Has been exposed unsafe but never dared to come check and fix after calling so many times for the service. Receptionist answers with so much attitude as it is not their job every single time you call them. Not sure if the whole department is the issue or somebody is not doing their job by not relaying the issue.
Great people working here. Always very helpful.
