What a treasure. Old fashioned friendly customer service, a willingness to address a customer’s needs. Stopped by to get a tubular key duplicated. As the lock was unusual, Bobbie Sue initially could not find a blank. But she persisted- and found the blanks we needed. While I was there, she helped someone with a battery issue and a fellow needing a key and fob for his car.

Stopped in today because my car fob was not working and they replaced the battery…they were so friendly ,efficient , and extremely reasonable….i would never go anywhere else ….and check out their new home on 4299 South Access Road in East Englewood! Thank you for your great service!

My key was so worn I couldn’t get in my car, after call multiple locksmiths lock n key if the only place that answered and offered a quick and easy solution. Great customer service and response time

Best place to get ignition keys for newer cars and duplicates made. I always go to their shop and never had to wait more than 15 minutes,,,,,and their prices are great.

Wanted a key that matches with my oem i have programmed to car but they cant guarantee it'll program wants to charge $100 if it works...., but if doesn't work i still get charged $100. what a joke!
