Engstrom’s Siding & Window Co.

I had Engstrom replace a slider window with two double hung windows, replace a kitchen window with a door, and replace the front door. It cost almost $13,000 for this small amount of work to be done, so you would think that the quality would be top notch, but it is far from it. The first issue is with the door installed in the kitchen. It was covered with an excessive amount of frost and leaking a tremendous amount of cold air. I replaced the windows and doors to improve energy efficiency, but this has made it so much worse. Once the work was finished, my heaters were unable to maintain the set temperature. It turns out CHRIS ENGSTROM ORDERED ME A DOOR THAT IS ENERGY STAR RATED FOR THE SOUTH/SOUTH CENTRAL part of the country! I don't know if it was a mistake or if he thought he could save

Their master craftsmanship and pride in their work was only exceeded by their exceptional level of customer service and friendliness. They exceeded our expectations in every way! They cleaned up every last scrap before they left each day and they went the extra mile to make everything perfect - they also did a bunch of little things that they never mentioned but we noticed them and very much appreciate those added little touches! They replaced the shingles on our house. We could have been more satisfied. The job was done on time, on bid, They are real professionals and provide excellent communication before and during the job. This is the second work we have contracted with Engstrom’s, and since they had to remove their gutters for the roof job they included an adjustment to them. The crew was friendly and let us know how things were progressing, and the owner came at the beginning and end to ensure we were satisfied. Clean up was thorough too. We highly recommend this well-established local family owned company.

From the first call with Cherie to the estimate and final completion, everything was professional, on time, and seamless. We are very pleased with their work.

I would absolutely recommend Engstrom! They did a great job installing my gutters. I loved the suggestions to do the gutters black to match the trim on my house and the downspouts white to match my siding. Great look! The crew that did the install worked very hard and it was a pleasure to have them here. Thank you!
