Enhanced Roofing

I bought a home back in August. While we were in the purchasing process, Brett was friendly enough to let me pick out the roof shingles. Once the house closed, I had to call Brett back multiple times to "finish" the job. There were 1,000s of nails all over my yard. I am still picking up nails from Enhanced Roofing. I have tried to contact Brett multiple times to send me the warranty for my roof and he would reply each time with sorry, I thought I emailed that over to you. Now he doesn't even answer my phone calls or text messages. I don't even know if they are still in business. BUYER BEWARE PLEASE. I wish someone would've warned me. I am reporting this business to the BBB so others know too. TERRIBLE.

I was initially impressed with this roofing company — they were quick to come out and give me a very fair estimate. That’s where the good experience ended. After that first visit, they completely disappeared. I called multiple times to follow up, and every time I spoke to someone, they acted surprised and said, “They didn’t come out and fix that yet? We’ll be out there tomorrow.” But tomorrow never came. Weeks went by with no work done and no communication. None of my calls were returned, and I was left completely in the dark. It’s incredibly frustrating to be strung along like this, especially after trusting them with a job on my home. If you want reliability and follow-through, I suggest looking elsewhere. Brett and Enhanced Roofing are very professional. They showed up as promised and was very courteous and helpful in pinpointing the problem. I was under the impression that we needed major work done on my own roof but that wasn’t necessary and I appreciate their honesty. They did make some minor repairs and I am very happy with his service. Enhanced roofing also serviced a few of the rentals I manage and did a great job! Highly recommend them and I will continue to refer them.

Our 95-year-old house needed its steep, colonial-style roof replaced. Due to the record-breaking monsoon, we had some leaks spring up before work could begin. Brett and his team came out promptly with a temporary fix for the leaks. When we did have the roof scheduled to begin, there were some communication issues at first. As soon as we notified Brett of the problems, he swiftly took full responsibility and began coming out personally with his crew to tackle the project. His crew worked every day weather allowed, sunrise to sunset, and even worked through some weekends to finish up before the next big storm. Brett and his team at Enhanced Roofing were amazing! We were recommended his company to come out and take a look at the mysterious roof leaking issues we were having. He was the FIRST person to figure out what exactly was wrong and immediately put me on the schedule to get it fixed the next weekend.
