Horrible and unprofessional experience. Website contained unclear information so I called to confirm services included. Discussed services desired and agreed upon a date for service. The owner, Donna, missed the appointment time. I had to call to find out she wasn't going to come that day. Gave her a second change and rescheduled for the next morning at 10 am. She did not arrive until 10:45 am. Quoted me additional prices than those discussed over the phone on top of demanding that she be paid for 3 hours minimum although she was 1hr late. I reminded her I previously advised her I had an appointment to leave for at 1 pm. She indicated she didn't want to clean for only two hours, refused the proceed and left. I am a supporter of women-owned businesses, however I highly recommend NOT to use
