NEVER SEEN SERVICE LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE. NEVER EVER USE THIS CLEANING SERVICE AGAIN. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH HER UNPROFESSIONALISM. CAN'T TAKE THIS ANYMORE. I always go to give reviews for positive feedback to support business never negative but this owner is so un professional & so rude. She is filtering that to the other employees (young girls) she have. Tired of her text w/ excuses and the back and forth phone calls. It's like extra work for me. They don't come on time, changing the original schedule always, several excuses and canceled my cleaning schedule. Even after they showed up finally to my place, the girls said we're coming back tomorrow we came from far and been busy all day...The leader of the cleaners (the driver) with attitude said let's go to the other nicer girls and

The owner is very unprofessional. First she was over an hour late for my first appointment. This was a red flag but she seemed nice so I gave her a chance. On my second cleaning her workers damaged my freshly painted walls. She said she asked them about it and they denied it. I even sent her pictures. Despite that I kept using her services. Then she informed me the day before my scheduled cleaning that she had more work closer to her and my house was too far for her to come.

Very good services Mrs. Enma cleaned our house for more than 5 years, very professional. we love how she works.
