Enrich Construction

I hired Enrich Construction to remove a very old and unsafe deck to have it replaced with something safe for my family and more functional. The design was stellar, the team was fantastic to work with, and the deck is made from premium commercial grade materials with a 50 year warranty! Any and all concerns or modifications were met with grace and swift action. I really cannot recommend them enough, and I'll certainly have them back for future home renovation work.

I strongly advise against doing business with this company. They have outstanding financial obligations to multiple local businesses and have demonstrated consistently poor workmanship. In my own experience, they installed a staircase with uneven steps, which resulted in a serious fall. Additionally, they failed to complete a family member’s project, leaving them responsible for several thousand dollars in repair costs. These issues are not isolated. I would strongly recommend looking them up on casenet and seek services elsewhere.

Check CaseNet for their history of failing to pay subcontractors. We are now in a major legal situation because money we paid Enrich was never paid to the subcontractors on our home. Extremely poor communication, misuse of customer funds, and serious financial mismanagement that has harmed local businesses. Our house was never completed, yet they demanded more money despite all required payments being made. Unprofessional and irresponsible.

Started a project with them we were told would take 4-6 months. It’s been over two years and still not completed. Our site supervisor let us know that subcontractors did not want to work on our house because enrich owner was not paying them with the funds we gave to enrich. Unprofessional, mismanagement of money — check case net — poor communication . In house work is very sub-par & we had other construction companies come bid to fix it who laughed at it.

Enrich Construction formulated a renovation plan to refurbish our deck and remove a double French door and install a 48” square window in the bedroom Gave us an accurate estimate of funding and time to complete and met both. A very commendable project. Tradesmen were skilled and thorough. We are extremely pleased.
