Ensor Plumbing

We had a great experience with Ensor plumbing from scheduling through the full service. I requested an appointment through their online system and I was called shortly after to confirm. The receptionist clearly communicated how the appointment would work. The plumber, Josh, arrived on time and was very helpful throughout the service. He was friendly and professional and went above and beyond to explain how we can better maintain our plumbing. He helped with all the issues we had called for and made sure to answer all our questions. We will definitely call Ensor again if we have more plumbing issues.

Received prompt same day service. The plumbing tech Ezra was courteous and did a very good job and was informative and gave good tips. Cost was more than I expected, but upon researching it was reasonable. If needed in the future I’d use them again and recommend them.

Nick and Josh were great! Nick checked eveything out and explained everything before proceeding. Handled the issue with no problems and cleaned the toilet when done. My husband who uaed to handle all of these things, past away a little while ago. So, I had a few of my own general plumbing questions and he took the time to answer all my questions in terms I could understand. He and Josh were very polite and professional. I would recommend Esnor Plumbing, and particularly Nick and Josh to anyone needing a plumber. Thank you!

I’m not sure if it was intentional, but I have serious reservations ever using or recommending Ensor. We had a long-term leak in a guest room that only happened when someone was staying there. Since the leak wasn’t ongoing and amounted to just a few drops, I knew it was likely a waste pipe issue and not a water pipe issue. The person from Ensor who came said it was a water pipe issue and it was coming from a wall, and there would need to be demolition of the entire wall and a remediation company would need to be involved. They had someone call me from a remediation company and said we have to go through the homeowners insurance as it would exceed my $10,000 deductible. The location of the leak was in my basement ceiling and amounted to about a cap full every time someone used that restroom

The customer service of Ensor Plumbing is second to none. Every plumber that has performed a service in our home was professional, honest and trustworthy. I would like to especially give a shout out to Eric, James and Ezra. I never felt like they were price gouging or taking advantage. As a member of the Diamond Club, I was pleased to receive same day service. I do feel the prices are quite expensive compared to some of the other plumbers I have used, but I guess everything is expensive these days.
