Please give your workers a set schedule and actually stick to it. They come multiple times a week and we still have leaves and what not throughout the complex. As someone who works from home, please shut up and get your shit together.

I called for some urgent tree trimming work & after 10 days he didn’t have a chance to come out and look, which is fine but the courteous thing to do is say he’s too busy. Instead when I called to follow up, he said “the world doesn’t revolve around you.” I’ve never interacted with him before and it was one courtesy follow up call to see if he still wanted the job since my HOA uses his company. Rudest professional I’ve ever interacted with.

They are perfectly fine with destroying things on your property. Instead of cleaning up, or at least apologizing they tell you to call the property manager. They are okay with blowing dirt, rocks, and debris all over your clean cars. This is the most pathetic ground maintenance company I've ever seen.
