Services were not cut on on the date I requested despite me putting in the request over a week in advance… I had to sit at home with the heat outside surpassing over 100 degrees because they made an error not realizing my service should have been restored on the SAME date my landlord ended the service. Then after calling, I was told it would be on by the end of the business day; it is now 9:30– no electricity, HOT, spoiled groceries 👎🏽
