They were fast and very friendly. The service was exceptional. Best service for your money. Definitely will use them again. Also I had several questions for upkeep of the system and they answer every single question I had.

Grease Trap service cleaning. This company has gone down hill since new management has taken over. I had used Envirovac for over 20 years. Since changing Management my bills started increasing and services decreasing. Had to stop using them in Texarkana because the city refused to allow them to do business in town due to questionable procedures. In Marshall the city was meeting them to ensure they were performing services properly. There were many other incidents I had with Envirovac Grease Trap Service. I finally decided to change services when the owner told me I needed to pump the grease traps every 30 days or he was going to charge extra, almost double, everytime the traps were pumped. I would recommend Envirovac to anyone who needs help with their septic tank. When I called them they were prompt & really explained everything to me about my septic tank. They are the best!!

Office was prompt on returning call and giving a grand spill of services provided but they did not show up to provide service or call till end of day to let me know they were not coming!!!! I took my business elsewhere!
