Deserves 0 stars. Refuses to refund for a service never provided. I ordered a overnighted test both ways because I had to have a test to secure a new apartment in time. Package still hasn’t shown up 3 days post order and they’re taking 0 responsibility. Now they have put my living situation and health at risk.

A few hours after submitting order, the professional that recommended the test to me made some adjustments to the type of testing recommended, making this order needless. I requested to cancel the order same day. I was told I was not eligible for a full refund because the test had already been shipped out. However the time stamps from order submitted to shipped was only 30 minutes. So they're saying the return window is only 30 minutes long? I've never heard of a return policy like that. They claim it's to recoup "processing expenses". After I received the order (which I paid $40 in shipping for), I see that all I was sent was a piece of paper I could have printed off my computer, a single swiffer dust sheet, and a ziploc bag. So $40 down the drain plus $34 lost for items I could have pull
