I want to thank Environmental Pest Control for their excellent service. They currently handle two properties I manage, and their staff is always professional and kind. Tyler Call, their representative, recently did a walk-through and showed great flexibility by texting ahead of his arrival — which made scheduling so much easier for my busy day. I’ve worked with other professional services before, and Tyler’s attention to detail truly stood out. Even during the initial assessment, he identified problem areas accurately, showing strong expertise and integrity. I highly recommend Environmental — they are true professionals who make property management smoother and stress-free.

The company I work at had issues with mice for years and no other company could actually deal with the issue. Chris took his time with every monthly stop to explain how and why mice get into buildings, identified problem spots, sealed up access points, and strategically placed bait wherever needed. A years long problem was fixed in just a few months. We’ve been pest free for 2 years since. Excellent excellent service. Chris is the best around. Worth every penny.

October 3rd review: I had moles in my yard in the spring and purchased a 9 month mole removal package. Moles were seemingly gone after 2 months up until month 7 (October). The $109 monthly service for October included less than 5 minutes of someone sprinkling a small amount of mole/vole scram around 1/10th of my yard that originally had the moles. I have not been watching the technicians each month, as they often come when I am not home, however I did observe month 7 treatment. I was disappointed to see that the treatment did not cover the affected area and only took 5 minutes! I believe the lack of full treatment is why the moles are back, and the technician didn’t mention anything at all. My tech had great communication skills and kept me posted on arrival times and let me know when he was done. He answered all my questions. I am having trouble with mice in the garage so he addressed the issue with bait boxes. He told me to keep the cat away from areas he sprayed for about an hour. I appreciated the fact that he cared for her safety. I hope William continues to be my technician.

Chris came over for a warranty service. He Retrieve the necessary Materials from Is vehicle, and promptly treated the areas needing attention. He then carefully explained what all he had done, and gave precise instructions for keeping our pet safe. He also advised us asked her what to look for in the upcoming days and weeks.
