Called to inquire and to see if I could have someone come to my home to inspect for possible wildlife in my attic. Company reached out to me via text as soon as they opened and scheduled me for a same day inspection. Technician called in advance of his arrival and explained how they would go about removal. Before leaving, he emailed a written estimate for the Job. Estimate seemed reasonable compared to others I contacted.

We have been very happy with EPC. We first contracted them when we had a rodent issue. Ian took care of it efficiently, taking our dogs into consideration, and we have not had issues since. He comes back to check and prevent once a quarter. Highly recommend EPC. Ian has been the one consistently visiting us. He is very knowledgeable and it gives us peace of mind that it is the same person that we have grown used to visiting us.
