I usually use Envirospark to charge my vehicle in the Statesboro location at the campuses and there was a glitch in their service, which was saying that it was charging, but there was no cable being put in the vehicle and put back in the station. Also, for one station it was saying charging ready, but on my phone it says offline.

My condo building has 5 EnviorSpark chargers for residents. I loved their service, especially their subscription plans. Unfortunately, they are selling their services to a third party called Monta and eliminating their subscription plans. This is going to increase prices for residents without us getting ANY additional benefits. What a shame.

"EnviroSpark is a leader in the design, installation, and operation of EV charging solutions" ..what a joke. -- well they failed at the last part. Tried to charge at a sleep inn in Staunton Va where Envirospark is installed. We planned our stay during a long trip so we could charge. Charger wasn't working. Called them and they wanted lots of personal info and said they would call us back. We thought it could be a simple reboot from their end so we waited by the car....and waited...checked email...waited...nothing. They never called us back, no email, or even a courtesy text saying they couldn't fix it. Poor follow up and wasted our time.

I wouldn’t recommend this company. If you have an issue at the charging station you can only call to get an unprofessional smart mouth customer service agent that can’t help in anyway shape or form outside of asking for your name and number for somebody else to handle your issue. My issue was supposed to be expedited but I didn’t get a call back at all. Someone sent me a txt message the next day. Which was no help to me being stuck at the charging station.

My experience with EnviroSpark was terribly disappointing. It began in the summer of 2023 when Georgia Power Co. told me to contact them about installing EV chargers. My very first question to EnviroSpark was, “Do we have the capacity to add chargers to our building (multi-unit condo)?” EnviroSpark’s engineers examined our existing service and determined we had capacity to add 5 chargers. In the fall of 2023 we signed an installation agreement. Then they ghosted me. Their staff person I had been dealing with left the company. I was then referred to multiple other EnviroSpark staff members, and one-by-one they each went silent. Months passed with promised follow-up never delivered. They then had their Customer Service Manager (Josh Nichols) contact me who apologized for all the pro
