I hired them to do a mold remediation. Their price was one of the lower quotes we received and the work was impeccable. I felt very comfortable that they got all the mold. Would definitely recommend.

I cannot recommend working with EnviroVantage. While the initial evaluation may seem competent, the actual remediation work is not. The crews they send lack experience, are not punctual or professional, and fail at basic mold safety practices, including proper containment. This is unacceptable for mold remediation. Most importantly, the problem was not resolved. After all the disruption and expense, the mold issue remained. If you’re dealing with mold, you know how serious and life-changing it can be. Don’t trust this company to fix it. Look for another contractor.

would not recommend! it all started with the quote that took weeks for a call back i should of written them off then. They booked months out for the job and when they arrived i went over the work to be done on the quote, only two of the 5 things were done and then a bill was sent over saying the job was complete... i had to email back and forth to get someone to come out and they agreed the job was not completed and had to send someone out to finish it. Once the last tech came out it was done for the most part but the attic is as mess and i still have to go up and finish a job that was quoted. in total i had to take 4 days off of work for them to come out, the communication is horrible, and service wasn't worth the price... shop else ware.. i gave 2 stars only because the techs that cam

10-21-24. Just wanted to update my old review. Envirovantage and Chris Prior remain my GO TO source for all types of environmental mitigation. These folks have remained top notch, professional, careful, and affordable. Give them a call and you’ll be glad you did. We contracted EnviroVantage to do a major mold remediation in our attic. (There was an issue with ventilation that had to be corrected first.) Chris was recommended by a friend of ours that had a great experience. He came by and we went over the scope of the project and what needed to be done. When we finally got started Mike and his crew were here on time, both days and did a great job. As with any project like this there were some unforseen issues that were immediately tended to by the crew. They took care to minimize any mess and everything was explained if I asked. We are pleased with the outcome and the clear coat finish applied on all the wood makes the attic usable and looking like it is new. Great job.
