E.P. Homiek Sheet Metal Fabrication

Horrible experience trying to pay for a product over the phone, the guy who answered the phone was very rude, seems like he hate his job, he kept transferring me to god knows who that never picked up the phone, over an hour to pay for a bill. No respect for the costumers at all, these companies need to work on costumers services we are all tired of these old rude guys on the balcony .

Carlos and Mike go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. Fittings are made right every time.

I just had a bad experience with E.P. Homiek. I gave them a drawing of an off sit ( which was 2 offsits in one ) , the diagram was very easy to understand and even though I explained to the fabricator who said I understand the diagram and that he will make it. Two hours later his manager called me to ask me about how he was going to make the piece. The way he explained it to me was wrong, I tried to explain to him how to make it but the manager over the phone he couldn’t understand. So finally I told him to make it according to the drawing that I gave to the shop. I sent my guys to pick up the piece. Unfortunately my guys called with the bad news that they made the piece wrong. I went and spoke with Patricia and to my disappointment she wanted me to repay again for re fabricating the piece

This is place is the best for your sheet-metal needs and more excellent customer service. I had a good experience there.

I am not a professional but I ordered twice with them and they did work with me explaining things and everything was fabricated right
