They got a bucket truck stuck in my yard made giant ruts that are holding water and have not attempted to clean it up. Their fiber optic cable drop has been laying on the ground in my yard for months. The quazite boxes they set in my yard created a mess of dirt that was never properly addressed. They blocked access to my driveway which kept me parked in the middle of the highway while I waited for them to make their splices. Bums in bucket trucks sloppy fiber splicing and three months later they still haven’t fixed the mud hole they made in my yard.
