Great experience with Epic. Matt was quick, responsive, and an absolute pro. He talked me through what I need to do to upgrade thermostats while working to solve the actual problem. He made everything simple. Couldn't ask for better and would recommend to anyone in the area!

My experience with Epic Heating and Cooling has been exceptional. My initial call was made to get a quote on a new furnace. Matt called me immediately and was at my home within an hour. I had my estimate the next morning. There was no pressure and he told me to reach out with any questions I may have. He was very prompt at getting back to me with answers. I also had an issue with my hot water tank and even though I could not be home when it was convenient for him to come at the end of his long day he came and installed my hot water tank. His crew showed up timely to install my furnace, were very neat, putting down drop cloths along the way and were very polite. They also repaired a leak on my water meter while they were there. Mid December our furnace quit, close to single digit temp. Even tho it was peak time for furnace calls, They had a tech available same day. The tech was very professional, worked quickly, and even had the part needed on hand. If you consider the travel, wage, part price, and other things that goes into running a business the price was very reasonable.
