Dear owner, Today's April 13, 2025. My property is off of Griffin Street. As someone who has been doing business with you for over a decade now I am stunned by the level at which your service has deteriorated and by how much your reliability and predictability have suffered...I have been waiting for weeks with 6 consecutive missed commitments with no call, no show, no answer despite several attempts to get in touch after paying you $5,878.00 on 03/18/2025 with receipt on hand. I am here politely inviting you to repair this prejudice to a customer who's had high confidence in you before.

We had a plumbing issue and Chad came out the same day and fixed the problem. We also had him install an AC unit a few years ago and it's still running great! He's very attentive and seems intent on getting the job done and making sure it's right.

Chad is excellent. I have been using him for years!! He is thorough and efficient and reasonable. My favorite handyman!!

We had an AC issue and Chad came out late at night! Cleaned the unit and charged it up! Blowing nice and cold now! Highly recommend!
