Epic Kitchen and Bath

I just completed my third major home renovation project with EPIC and, as I told owner Scott Phucas, I wish I had another bathroom or kitchen for them to transform! Scott and his team, including star players Kevin, Eddie, Jeff, and Tracey, are consummate professionals. Through meticulous attention to detail, a wealth of skill, and “can-do” creative thinking (addressing constraints of older homes like uneven ceilings and floors, as well as home owner’s overnight “brainstorm ideas” like adding a doggie shower in the basement), they performed “magic” on the kitchen, master-suite bath, and guest bath of our 40+ year old home. To say that they are the best contractors I’ve worked with, is a true statement but not sufficient praise for these folks. I highly recommend them.

Was to get a professional measurement done and took 2 weeks to call to set up appointment and then for the second measurement they call once again after 2 weeks and left voicemail which I returned almost immediately to get no call back it has been over 2 weeks. I would never use this company as April is a horrible office manager!! I wonder if her boss knows she does not do her job of contacting customers! Communication is a wonderful thing is actually used which Epic does not use.

Keep moving. If you go with Epic you will be the general foreman of your project. You won't be told all of the general foreman functions, you'll be kept in the dark, and mistakes will happen. You may have a job and you'll have to take time off to wait around for plumbers, electricians, and inspectors (when you paid Epic/Home Depot to perform these functions). My cabinets arrived Friday March 1, which also marked the first Epic no-show. Epic started construction on Monday. They returned a cabinet and door that were the wrong size and damaged. Epic worked for a few days and then just stopped construction without informing me. After about two days, I realized that no one was showing up for work and reached out to Epic. Epic told me that they couldn't proceed until the countertop was installed

Home Depot connected me to this company for the goal of a semi-remodel of my bathroom. The beginning seemed promising, as they quickly reached out to me and was on time for the appointment we set to get the bathroom measurements. After that, it was as if I had fallen off their radar. Home Depot sent them the necessary materials list, but they were unresponsive multiple times via email. They were also unresponsive multiple times via phone. I tried to hold on to hope and trust that they would help with my remodel, especially since a member surprised me with a call back. I finally decided to go with another company. If they at least answered their phone during their respective business hours and called me back consistently to update me on what is going on, I would have tried to be more unders

Epic has done sereval remodeling jobs in several of my homes. Very timely. Great customer service. Would recommend to a friend.
