Called about winterization for irrigation 4 weeks ago. Failed to call me back on 3 separate occasions to make the appointment, but they would call to schedule... They would never confirm an appointment time. Finally called them again today, for them only to say they can no longer service me this year, they are returning their compressors. Very bad customer service.

Epic does a great job! Ben Kelly is my landscape manager and each year he brings new ideas to maintain and enhance my home. Because Epic has their own nursery, their pricing is highly competitive. Their staff on site is wonderful

Huge company, awesome and friendly staff who get things done when they say they will and stand behind their work. Very impressed with them and would recommend them to anyone. Have many departments from landscaping and mowing to sprinkler systems, ponds and pools.

Great service and customer friendly. Vary professional. Everyone there works as a team. Feels like a second home!

Every time I'm here to get unloaded they are slow very slow they don't even answer their phone calls one the worst company to get unloaded
