Back July we got hit with severe rain and flooding back to back. Basement and personal property was damaged severely. Reached out to both Gabriel and Sam, who right away sent over a crew to mitigate the basement. They came out and assets the damages and also answered all of our concerns. They listened to what we want done and we were beyond pleased with the outcome of our newly finished basement. Due to damage to my home from a crack that opened up in a drain pipe from the condo building I submitted a claim to my homeowner’s insurance: they referred my case to Gabriel from Epic Restoration for the necessary repairs, José Ávila, being the Project Manager, became involved immediately and assigned a great team of employees, all experts; each in their own capacity and specialty. Epic Restoration was recommended to me by a family friend after we experienced a late-night flooding emergency in our upstairs bathroom. In a panic, I left a voicemail for Sam close to midnight on a Friday. To my surprise and relief, I received a response early the next morning, and a crew was at our house shortly after. Sam took the time to walk me through the damage and explained the next steps in great detail.
