He came over immediately after Beryl, patched my roof where a pine tree branch went through and made sure to explain thr process for me. He helped with the insurance claim and promptly had my roof and gutters scheduled once the insurance sent out the check. We used Josh for an insurance claim after storm damage to our home. He served as our roofer and general contractor. He coordinated the repairs of our fencing, roofing, and interior painting. He handled all contact between the subcontractors and followed up when they were on-site to verify things were done to our expectations. He handled all of the contact and paperwork with our insurance company and served as our negotiator and handled all of the appeals. After Hurricane Beryl we really struggled to find a contractor to help us out with our roof damage. We called over a dozen different companies, and most either blew us off, wouldn’t answer, missed their appointments, or were difficult to reach for follow up.
