Extremely Happy. I had a really big Job. Deep Cleaning, Pressure Washing and Interior/Exterior windows cleaning. To me the most important part was the Customer Service. I had a very disappointing experience with Epiclean Professional Cleaning. They are not professional at all. One of the cleaners arrived 30 minutes late, which I didn’t mind initially. However, every 10 minutes she was on her phone, which was extremely unprofessional. The quality of cleaning was basically zero. Even after sweeping and mopping, there was still hair all over the floor. I constantly had to tell them what to do, which defeats the purpose of hiring a professional cleaning service. I specifically paid for a deep clean, but it was anything but deep. What made the situation worse is that they dismantled my shower door without my consent and now they are refusing to fix it.
