We cannot say enough about how grateful we are for Jacob and Epoch Plumbing. From start to finish, Jacob was professional, knowledgeable, and treated our project with exceptional care and attention to detail. He completed a full system flush, drained and adjusted our hot water heater, installed a thermal expansion tank with a new shut-off valve, replaced old corroded piping, adjusted PSI, installed a new PRV valve, upsized piping to 1 inch, and added a drain port for easy maintenance. Beyond the quality work, Jacob’s customer service was outstanding—he took the time to explain every option, from high-end to budget-friendly options. It’s rare to find this level of skill, integrity, and genuine care. We won’t trust anyone else with our plumbing needs—Epoch Plumbing is truly one of a kind.

Our experience was absolutely perfect. Jacob and his partner went out of their way to help us from the beginning to the end with everything from financing final purchase installation. Since the hot water heater that we purchased was not on hand, our guys drove from Dudley, Massachusetts. To Londonderry, New Hampshire same day picked up the hot water heater in New Hampshire late morning to afternoon area came back from New Hampshire. Did the installation perfectly. Jeremiah went above & beyond. He found out our water heater was leaking (which would have caused damage over time.) We thought we only had a frozen pipe. This was terrible news, but it would have been much worse if Jeremiah hadn't caught it. He took the time to educate us about everything that was happening and even climbed under the house to replace the insulation around the pipe that froze because the last company didn't do it right. We've had to deal with so many other companies that are either lazy or want to take advantage of us. Amazing job, THANK-YOU & God bless!

From a loyal customer to a lost one I used to recommend Epoch Plumbing. A little over a year ago, my hot water tank started leaking and they sent someone out immediately—pretty sure his name was Jeremy—and he did a fantastic job. I thought I’d found “my” plumber. Fast-forward to this year: my ejector pump started acting up. I submitted two consult requests through their website and waited over two weeks with no response. Out of fairness, I called. I was told someone would come diagnose the issue for $79.95, and that fee would go toward repairs if I proceeded. Jacob arrived on September 3, 2025. He was polite, but no diagnostic was performed—he never opened or touched the unit. Instead, after a little small talk, he pitched reworking my system back to gravity-fed, which sounded promising
