I highly recommend Appliance Repair Steve! He recently repaired my dishwasher, which wasn’t cleaning properly, and I’m so grateful for his help. He was extremely punctual, very clean while working, and professional throughout. On top of that, he even recommended a product that removes white residue from glasses, which has been a game-changer. Truly a fantastic service!

My fridge started making loud noises and wasn’t cooling properly at all. I called ER Appliance Repair, and Daniel came to the rescue. He immediately diagnosed the issue — heavy ice buildup inside, it needed a full defrost and a proper cleaning. He explained everything, carefully took it apart, and fixed it right there. Took his time but did it perfectly, without pushing for extra charges. Really appreciate the patience, professionalism, and honest attitude. Great team — highly recommend!

We've used ER Appliance repair multiple times and have always been pleased with their service. The most recent service was for a dishwasher repair. And while the price of the KitchenAid replacement part made replacement a better decision, the appoint was scheduled quickly and the service technician (Steve) was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in making suggestions for a replacement unit. We'll use the again.

I contacted ER Appliance Repair because two of my stove burners just stopped working out of nowhere. Technician Andrew came over — calm, polite, and clearly experienced. He checked everything, quickly found the issue (a burned-out connection), and replaced the part without any fuss. No pressure, no unnecessary upselling, just honest, clean work. Super happy — the kitchen’s back to normal, and I know who I’m calling next time.

It was professionally done and didn’t take a whole lot of time. But I can add you that Steve was professional, friendly and kind, he has enough experience and knowledge to do the job. Now that I am back doing my laundry. It was exceptionally a great job. Thank you
