Era Kitchen & Bath

We contracted with ERA Kitchen and Bath to remodel our old kitchen, based on our plans and details. We are very pleased with the work. Greg and his crew were very professional, prompt and paid great attention to detail. Greg and his crew were very collaborative, and discussed the work plan with us before starting construction each day. The crew was very conscientious about keeping the house clean and protecting the other spaces. Greg was able to adapt to changes arising from hidden conditions that occur with most renovations of old houses, and without huge change order costs. In all, we enjoyed working with Greg and highly recommend ERA for renovation work.

Greg was patient and accommodating. He took the time to map out what my master bathroom could look like. He was thorough and a good listener. In the end I went with a company that was a bit less expensive and has a dedicated designer to bring my inspiration photos to reality

Greg has fantastic CAD skills and helped me problem-solve the challenge of making the most out of my small space by suggesting options and helping me visualize possibilities. They did great work and were very considerate in my home. We actually missed them when they were done! I chose Era because they were the most professional, responsive, timely, and detailed with their proposal. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and timeliness remained consistent throughout the rest of the process. Greg was very helpful in helping me pick materials and redesigning the bathrooms to meet our needs. The work crew were always on-time and did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day. Their workmanship was great. Greg remained in constant communication throughout the project and accommodating to last-minute changes that I ended up making. My project was even completed ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend Era.

The ERA team has reconstructed both of my bathrooms--the first, to make it appropriate for aging in place, and the second due to a flood in my condo building. In both cases, they have done a beautiful job. Workers are skilled and cheerful, and the supervisor checked in frequently and helpfully. The work went swiftly, and I am very satisfied with the end product.
