I had a very disappointing experience when I called to place an order and provide my credit card details. The phone assistant was extremely rude and unprofessional. It’s hard to understand how a company can allow their staff to treat customers this way. Even if they offer the best concrete products, the lack of respect and poor customer service is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from this company again.

It's a shame people don't care any more. I orderd asphalt millings and I get dirt. I call and the guy from Erial concrete and he says "what do u want me to do". He comes out and says oh there is asphalt in there. People are such scum bags. And I will never buy from ERIAL CONCRETE AGAIN.
