Eric has been the most responsive, professional and reasonable person I have ever dealt with on the Cape. He does what he says he is going to do, his work is top quality, and he charges a fair price. He is a very busy man but I have always been willing to wait for him because I know the job will get done the right way. Five stars is not enough for him!

My Mom had a small amount of tornado damage to her roof, chimney and fence. I called Eric and left a message and he was in touch almost immediately. He expressed willingness to do the work even though it was a small job and he said that he would be able to do the work within a week's time. The work was done quickly and well, the cleanup was perfect, and the pricing was fair. I am so grateful to him and his team for great work, for being willing to do big and small jobs, and for making these repairs reasonably and efficiently. Thank you!
