Always excellent in every aspect, from communication to diagnosing the problem to getting it fixed quickly & efficiently. I have used this company 4 times now and every person I have interacted with (Amelia, Virgil, and one other gentlemen who's name I don't remember, sorry!) has been so friendly and helpful. Can't recommend enough! Thank goodness Virgil was able to get my light & remote working on a very expensive ceiling fan that I did not want to replace! Not that I look forward to having an electrical problem, but at least I know I can call Eric's Electric!

Arrived right on time, fixed the problem (did not say have to order the part will reschedule), great professional work ethic and even cleaned up when the job was completed.
