As my track record as a reviewer attests, I don't dole out 5 star reviews indiscriminately. I can't think of very many companies that deserve a 5-star review more than Eric Olson Electric and its owner, Brady. I've been working with Brady for over 5 years. He has re-wired my entire 1907-built house from top to bottom and moved heaven and earth to make my wife's and my (often unreasonable) requests happen. He has hung off the side of my house by his fingertips to remove old conduit pipe, he has crawled into the depths of my claustrophobic basement crawlspace to bring 6-3 wire for a future pottery studio and he has looked out for me repeatedly when he's observed shoddy work from other trades (such as prior electricians, framers, drywallers, HVAC installers, etc.). What I love about this company is how responsive, prompt and friendly they are for us every time. As an HVAC Contractor, we use them frequently to help us complete projects. The office staff and the electricians in the field are always on time and friendly. They have the right attitude for a successful partnership. We appreciate being able to count on them for the sake of our reputation and the satisfaction of the homeowners.

Eric Olson Electric was subcontracted by our former GC to complete repairs after an electrical fire. The owner, Brady, and his employee, Juan, worked on my house. They created more hazards by: 1) leaving multiple live, bare, wires attached to old can lighting in the ceiling (the lights were being replaced and should have been completely disconnected), 2) severely overloading a circuit causing it to repeatedly trip, 3) cutting the sheathing of new wiring they installed causing it to also trip (and then telling me that the issue was our refrigerator when it absolutely was not the fridge), 4) loose wiring connections of multiple outlets they installed, and 5) they did not connect the ground wire for multiple lights they installed. The scheduling was quick and easy; however we were not too happy about the customer service. The electricians asked to be 30 minutes earlier (7:30 instead of 8am), then less than an hour into the job, the lead electrician asked the permission to bring another team in so they can ‘speed up’ the job. I trusted his professional judgment and had customer’a best interests in mind; which we later found he was benefiting his fellow electricians to clock in during their idle time between jobs. There was an incident that happened during the job that an isolated garage lost power because of the poor configuration. We had an emergency electrical situation, when our slider Was being replaced the installers accidentally cut a powerline that gave power to the whole west side of the house. Nobody’s fault it was An accident. I found Eric Olsen electric Online the customer service was amazing. The receptionist got a team out very quickly! The appointment was for 7 to 7:30 in the morning and they were there at 7:10. The electricians that came out were very professional and fast and courteous. I am A OTR truck driver so I wasn’t home and but my wife was with our kids and grandchild and she felt 100% safe. I would highly recommend this company for any of your electrical needs!
