Brian, our technician, is an amazing person and took great care of not only us as the homeowners, but of our home too. They installed my tankless gas water heater efficiently and right on schedule, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. What truly impressed me was their attention to detail. Jacob and his colleague left my garage absolutely immaculate when they were done. We had a very positive experience with Erica’s Plumbing. They were able to schedule a same-day service call on a Friday morning, preventing us from a weekend without water in our kitchen. The service tech texted me to advise that he was 30 minutes away. He arrived exactly on the scheduled time. The tech was professional and friendly. Michael was terrific! Very professional! Serviced my air conditioner. No difficulties whatsoever. Very efficient. On top of that a very nice guy service companies should have more people like Michael. He made the experience very pleasant and uneventful. I would hire them again anytime.
