Erichsen's Fuel Service, Inc.

This issue was resolved, revising my review Came to see my furnace, left door off and said office would call me for return visit within 2 weeks. This was over 10 weeks ago. I have called 4-5 times, first 2 times they said they would return my call. They never did. Then they simply didn’t answer the phone and I left multiple messages. Looking to see how to resolve this. I do not want to involve legal services but it may come to this

I ran out of oil, called them since my oil company couldn’t get out and they came out same day and started it up for me! I now switched over and couldn’t be happier. Thank you Erichsen’s!

I needed a one-time fill for my fuel tank, as I am in the process of switching to a mini split system. Erichsen's was the only provider I found that I could make a one-time purchase online. Other fuel providers I had to call (they did not have online purchasing convenience) wanted a contract. Josh and Heather were kind and had excellent communication. I'm not sure if I will ever need heating oil again, but if I do, Erichsen's will certainly get my business.

Horrible! Hired Erichsen's to fix my furnace when the heat went out. The technician left the furnace in pieces and told me it was fixed. The next day, there was no heat again and all of the pipes in my house froze. The line to the dishwasher exploded and flooded the kitchen. I called them back and they sent the same technician back. This time I stayed in the basement to watch him. He was clearly lost and had no idea what he was doing. He had to call another tech to come help him. The second tech tried to tell me that my furnace was no good and that it has a huge crack in it. I asked him to show me. After he took all the panels off he couldn't find a crack anywhere. (Shocker).
