Dean came by my house today and delivered excellent service. I had a leaking branch line from my kitchen sink down to the main stack, and the leak had leaked water all over my entertainment center in my basement. Dean came over with a smile and was ready for work. He came out with a parts runner named Jason, and both of them were so nice. They chatted with me, Dean told me what he would do before he did the work, any executed perfectly. We chitchatted while he worked, I ran the sink a few times to make sure that the fix was good, and green light! Amazing experience! I called Erickson to get a quote and schedule service to install new flush LED ceiling lights in the living room of our new home, as well as replace some existing older ceiling lights. As we were anxious to have the install completed as soon as we took possession of the house (ahead of furniture being moved in), I did this while we were actually waiting to close on the purchase, so all I could provide was the realtor shots of the home with the areas in which we wanted to work.
