They do not deliver on any promises. They recognized that the roof was not installed to standards and said they would be back ina week to fix....this was 2 months ago and they have gone completely radio silent. Complaints incoming to BBB.
Company as a whole was easy to deal with, gave my wife and me a run down on everything. Helped us every step of the way. Installers were quick and professional, both my wife and me are happy with our new roof.
The ERIE HOME crew was on site by 6:30am and didn't leave until 8:30pm. These guys stripped 5800 square feet of shingles and laid all the new materials down and cleaned up the bulk of the mess before they left. Came back the next day and finished the clean-up. An amazing transformation on the roof. Very happy with the finished work. Great crew of knowledgeable men. I would recommend these guys if you need a roof. Like anything else you get what you pay for QUALITY cost a bit more but my roof will outlast me now. On the scale of 1 to 5 I'm gonna have to give them a 10. If you need a roof give them a call 📞
Excellent job..on schedule on promised day..cleanup was immaculate..crew was courtous..and Erie followup from TJ and Alan has been outstanding. Definitely added value to my home.
Very professional, very speedy with big team, 2 days to complete, good pickup and using magnets to find errant nails, very nice and respectful people
