Notes: -Could have cleaned up the dirt after they were done with the basement -I have one small leaked coming through but after the concrete hasn't fully dried yet -They will work while you're not home and its very helpful knowing they will get the job done -Having a warranty that lasts for 25 years is very comforting (If you sell the home it does transfer over) -My house had a smell from a damp basement and once the humidifier kicked on It went away completely Other than all of that, they came in, got the job done in 2 days rather than 3 and kept me and my fiance informed throughout the entire process.

Review of Erie Home Basement Solutions (Sales Experience Only) I invited Erie Home to my house for a basement inspection expecting a straightforward evaluation and a quote. Other companies came, inspected, and emailed a quote a day or two after. To be fair, the inspection itself was thorough, professional, and largely aligned with what other contractors had recommended. They did suggest more solutions than other companies, which may or may not be necessary. I am not a basement expert, so that part is open to debate. Where things went sideways was the sales process. After the inspection, the representative sat at my dining room table while a manager who was offsite worked on the quote. That process took a long time and turned into a full sales presentation rather than a simple estimate.
