I’ve had a problem with this from the very first day. The deal on the roof being redone was a great deal but, when the guys first arrived they proceeded to do the work and to my surprise one of the guys actually fell through my ceiling & damaged the television in one of the rooms which was never replaced & put a huge gaping hole through the ceiling. When I complained the guy in charge at the time offered to fix the problem in which he just did a quick patch up which is shown in the photos below. & left just the way it was. After the work was done not even a month later I had a leak in my brand new roof. When I called and spoke about the leak they sent somebody out to take a look at it. Afterward the guy say they would send someone to fix the problem. It took them over a week to come out. O

I never got past the sales call. The salesman spent almost 2 hours telling me how great the company is and how great their products are. He wouldn't give me a written quote and had his displays all over my living room. About an hour in, I told him I'd heard enough about how great everything was going to be and just wanted a price at that point. I was an industrial contracts manager and industrial purchasing agent for a living. I knew going in which roofing materials I wanted him to quote and told him that up front. When I told him that I would require Erie to provide me with a Lien Release and an Insurance Certificate that named me as an additional insured under their liability and provide a Waiver of Subrogation in my favor, he balked. Incredibly professional. Best quality products and the turn around time was amazing. I needed the roof up by July 1st for insurance. Signed the contract on the 3rd Friday of June and the roof was up the Friday before July 1st. They showed up early morning and were finished, cleanup and all around 2pm. 100% satisfied.

64k quote for regular (lowered to 54k),,, 92k for metal on a1800 sq ft ranch.This company is waaaay overpriced. That's not including the interest on a 15yr loan. The 2 salesmen stayed at my house for over 3 hrs until I finally made the mistake of signing. They told me my roof was bad/failing. Did research on the company immediately after they left and found alarming info about how they lie about their shingles, the crews they sub out to and the predatory sales tactics. Actually left work on lunch break the next day to FedEx the cancelation letter. So glad I did. Had another company come out to tell me my shingles were fine and all I needed was better roof ventilation and new boots on the vents. I'd definitely look around before calling them if at all.

This company took advantage of my 82 year old father. As his durable power of attorney I had to rush over, call them, stop payment on a check, as well as contact his attorney. They were told to email me proof that this contract was null and void in which they charged double of what we would’ve paid but have insurance so we ONLY pay a deductible. The amount he wrote them was double what his deductible was. They humiliated my dad. They emailed me the “proof” it was null and void with a document that nobody is able to open. If they contact him again or try and do anything more we will be pressing charges. Shame on people who take advantage of the elderly.
